I recommend clickbank because you can get a general idea about what products are selling good and can get your affiliate link right away.
Choose Your Product
Choose a product that is popular and converts well on clickbank sort by popularity and look at the % referred. More importantly look at the sales page and put yourself in the buyer’s shoes.
Answer these questions
Would I buy this product?
Are people buying in this market?
How will I find buyers for this product?
There are other questions that may be important such as is this product good, because you may feel bad if you sold a bad product and people will also request a refund more often. So now you chose the product that you want to try and sell.
Do Some Research
You want to look for keywords that relate to your product. This may be as simple as going to your keyword research tool such as googles keyword tool and typing in the name of your product. You will get a list of keywords and how much competition there is as well as how much people search the keyword.
Keyword selection depends on your advertising method. For are case pick keywords that would indicate a person is ready to buy the product. An example would have the phrases such as: review or compare.

Since we want a simple way to sell the product I recommend using article marketing. Use your different keywords that you selected and write articles for each keyword. The articles should be informative so you may need to research the topic of your product you’re selling. Then you will want to put a link to the affiliate page or even better you can create a free blog on blogger to explain the product that you are selling and put a link there. This is a good idea because some article directories do not allow affiliate links.
The good part about having a web site is that you can build up your seo rankings by writing these articles. You will eventually get search engine rankings for your site. I also suggest posting helpful information in forums related to your product that you’re selling then add a signature that directs them to your site.
Once you have created a bunch of articles move on to another product and repeat the same process. This is were having a website is really helpful, because you can sell related products all from one site. You will be letting the customer choose what they want to buy. Active Businesses - One versus Many
What’s the ideal number of businesses to have?
There are many views on how many active businesses a person should have. There are advantages and disadvantages for both extremes. The problem is choosing the right amount of active businesses. Having been at both extremes myself I believe I have found the solution.
Advantages of one business
With one business you have the advantage of being able to devote all your time that you spend on that one business, so that business will eventually be successful if you put in the work and if it is a good business.
Disadvantages of one business
There are many problems with only having one income source. So one business is not the way to go unless you can perfect that business and some how minimize the risk of losing that income source.
How about multiple businesses
A ‘program hopper’ generally doesn’t have success at all. These are the majority of people who haven’t found a good business and stuck with it. Everyone wants quick results on the internet. Like all other businesses the internet is no different, you need to put in the work to get paid.
The Solution
How about taking the best of both worlds? You have a few good businesses. Spend a little time on each of them. See which business is more successful then promote that business more than the other businesses.
This is a great plan for safety reasons. If you lose one of the businesses you have the other businesses that you can still make money with. The key here is that you don’t lose big by losing one of your businesses.
